The Sai Prema Foundation, Fiji’s Medicare mission has expanded itself into a new dimension through the establishment of a free Medical Centre in Suva; to serve the underprivileged and needy members of the country with particular emphasis on women’s and children’s health, as well as a focus on diabetes.

Chairman and Founding Trustee of Sai Prema Foundation, Mr. Mahendra Tappoo officially opened the newly built Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Medical Centre in Nasese, Suva with Prime Minister of Fiji, Hon. Voreqe Bainimarama.

The long-term project of setting up the specialised hospital was the biggest project yet of the Foundation’s multiple initiatives to serve underprivileged communities.
