This year again, the German Sai youth group followed the tradition of distributing Christmas food packets for homeless people. It was again a great experience with the youth group coming together and enjoying packing the gift packets containing cookies, chocolates, nuts and fruits. They experienced again the power of unity and fun working together. This time the weather also supported them and they could hand over the food packets personally to more people and have a small conversation with them. It was more of an exchange of happy smiles between youth group and people rather than just handing them the food packets. It is not so easy to find homeless people in Munich because they are quite distributed in different parts of the city.  But, this gave the youth a chance to develop patience, better coordination and determination to reach them personally. Everybody was overwhelmed at the end of the long day but looking forward to continue this tradition the next year too!
