Selfless Service in Greece Continues

Last month, like every month, the Greek team provided boxes full of necessities to 70 poor families who live in the Anavyssos area, outside Athens. The also offered a nice surprise meal with 20 pizzas to an institution of handicapped children in that area! The Greek devotees offered 33 pairs of shoes to the children of St. Andreas Children's Home and another 33 pairs of flip flops and underwear to the children of the EPA (Association for the Protection of Minors) of Piraeus. Members of the group also ensured that the Association receives reduced electricity bills, after a deal with the provider of electricity.

The Greek devotees got together to offer a wheelchair to a homeless handicapped man which made him very happy. In addition, they offered groceries and other necessities to two families in the Aspropyrgos and Pagrati areas of Athens.

Lastly, the Uvacha and Growing to be God teams continue to translate a great amount of material in the Greek language!
