1. Health Initiatives : 769 Beneficiaries

In first week of March, the team conducted health camps for the adopted chronic patients, supporting beneficiaries with their regular medicines for Hypertension and Diabetes.

To reduce mass gatherings, Community Health Workers of Aarogya Vahini offered these medicines at the door step of every beneficiary in 20 villages.

​

A total of 769 beneficiaries have been consulted throughout the month. Apart from these, 484 patients in villages were consulted for COPD, Asthma, Skin Disorder, Musculo-skeletal pain, URTI (upper respiratory tract infection) and GI (gastrointestinal) disorders.

​

285 patients consulted in the Speciality Out-Patient centre for cardiac anomaly, gynaecological disorders and general health symptoms.

2. COVID-19 Relief Support

​

With the gradual increase of COVID-19, the Aarogya Vahini team started 24 hours X 7 days online Doctors’ support and Tele Advise completely free of cost for the community!
