Feeding the Hungry
Every Sunday, the Sai youth in Kazakhstan distribute meals to the homeless and poor. In the month of November, around 120 meals which included sandwiches, sweets, cookies and tea were served to the needy.
These meeting are always pleasing and filled with love. The beneficiaries wait eagerly for the familiar volunteers every Sunday. Despite the countless difficulties in their lives, they continue to live an optimistic life along with an unwavering faith in God.
Supporting Single Mothers
Once a month, the Sai youth in Kazakhstan is engaged in assisting single parent families, primarily single mothers and widowed mothers, who are raising their children unassisted single-handedly. Around six families with a total of 16 members were given the monthly basket of ration and hygiene products equivalent to 240 meals.
Two of the beneficiary mothers expressed their feelings saying, that the Sai youth helped them just in time when they had completely exhausted their groceries and were worried with a question as to how to feed their children. In their own words, “As if from heavens, God sent help in the form of these grocery basket through the medium of these selfless volunteers!”
