Nigeria Youth Activities for January 2018
The volunteers offer their most humble Pranams at the Divine Lotus Feet of beloved Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and hereby present the Breakfast Seva activities carried out for the month of January 2018.
The first breakfast service for the year took place on January 11, 2018, post School Christmas break.
With beloved Bhagawan’s blessings and guidance, one year has been completed since the time breakfast Seva activity was started at Ereko Methodist Primary School in Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to regular primary students, this school also caters to children with special needs such as the learning disabled, hearing impaired and intellectually challenged ones.
The total strength of the students in the school is 259 which includes 59 children with special needs.
1,080 breakfast packets were served to the kids and teachers/caretakers between January 11, 2018 and February 12, 2018, on every Thursday of the month. This was possible only with Swami’s love and grace. The volunteers found it wonderful and they truly enjoyed the blissful moments they spent with the children.
