The Selfless Seva Trust of Istanbul, Turkey, has continued to undertake service activities between November 30, 2020 and January 03, 2021. Food distribution was carried out every Monday and Wednesday to several families in need at various locations across Istanbul. 800 meals were distributed in Sisli Region, 320 meals in Pendik Region, 800 meals in Ömerli Region, 1,400 meals in Uskumruköy Region. The Trust has also been contributing to ‘Feed the World’ programme as per Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai’s dictum: ‘Let no one go to sleep hungry’. Over 610 meals were delivered.

Necessary medical supplies were provided to people with ailments in the Sisli Region of Istanbul. The house rent for two needy families and the utility bills (electricity, water and so on) for 10 homes were paid as a token of love.

Around 450 kg of coal and 420 kg of firewood were distributed in the Pendik Region of Istanbul to underprivileged homes. Animal care was also done regularly at two districts of Istanbul (Zekeriyaköy Region and Fenerbahçe Region) wherein, predominantly dogs, cats, birds and horses were provided with food, water, and medical care.
